Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chile paste with garlic (such as Sambal Oelek)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. YIELD: about 1/3 cup.
