Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 c. broccoli or cabbage slaw mix
  • 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
  • 4 burrito-size tortillas

Method

  • In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles.
  • Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in broccoli or cabbage slaw mix and hoisin sauce; heat through.
  • Spread a quarter of the beef mixture (about 1 cup) evenly over each of 4 burrito-size tortillas, leaving 11/2-inch border on all sides.
  • Fold bottom edge of tortilla up over filling, then roll tightly, jelly-roll style.
  • Place seam side down on plates; cut in half.
  • Serve with additional hoisin sauce, if desired.
