Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef
- 1/4 c. onion
- salt and pepper
- 3 c. broccoli or cabbage slaw mix
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
- 4 burrito-size tortillas
Method
- In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles.
- Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in broccoli or cabbage slaw mix and hoisin sauce; heat through.
- Spread a quarter of the beef mixture (about 1 cup) evenly over each of 4 burrito-size tortillas, leaving 11/2-inch border on all sides.
- Fold bottom edge of tortilla up over filling, then roll tightly, jelly-roll style.
- Place seam side down on plates; cut in half.
- Serve with additional hoisin sauce, if desired.
