Ingredients
- 2 small presweetened apricot or orange jello
- 1 can seedless apricots
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. hot water
Method
- Add softened cream cheese to dry jello slowly.
- Add hot water. Put apricots (with juice) into blender; puree, adding lemon juice.
- Fold in pineapple (with juice).
- Chill overnight.
- Serve on lettuce.
