Ingredients
- 1 thin slice prepared apple pie
- 14 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 tablespoon roasted almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 12 teaspoon maple syrup
Method
- Put it all in a bowl without mixing.
- Heat it in the microwave for 25-35 seconds on high.
- Remove from microwave and mix loosely with a fork.
