Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • sliced zucchini to taste
  • sliced green pepper to taste
  • sliced carrots to taste
  • chopped celery to taste
  • cauliflower, broken into flowerets
  • hot red pepper to taste
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • cooked pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Saute garlic in olive oil until golden and remove.
  • Add vegetables to oil and saute.
  • Add tomatoes; smoosh and stir.
  • Add cooked pasta and saute until pasta picks up color/flavor.
  • Toss all with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
