Ingredients
- 20 marshmallows
- 1 c. cream
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 16 graham crackers
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Melt marshmallows and milk in double boiler.
- Whip cream.
- Add pineapple, drained, then melted marshmallows.
- Roll 8 graham crackers.
- Place in dish.
- Add cream mixture, then cover with 8 more rolled graham crackers.
- Set in refrigerator to chill.
- This recipe may be doubled.
