Ingredients
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine eggs, milk and sugar.
- In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then stir in egg mixture.
- Beat until smooth.
- Heat oil to 375° and pour batter into hot oil through a household funnel.
- Control the flow by holding your finger over the bottom of the funnel.
- Make patterns, designs and swirls with the stream of batter.
- Cook until brown.
- Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
