Ingredients
- 12 lb elbow macaroni
- 0.5 (32 ounce) jar Miracle Whip
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
- 12 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 34 cup raisins
- 1 medium carrot
Method
- Dice carrot and steam until crisp-tender.
- Boil macaroni in boiling water 7-10 minutes or until al-dente.
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Chill for 2 hours or overnight prior to serving.
