- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. cold pack Blue cheese
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients and blend well.
- Spoon into 1-quart mold.
- Chill.
- Combine the next 5 ingredients and blend well.
- Spread over first layer.
- Refrigerate overnight; unmold. Garnish top layer with coconut and pecan halves, if desired.
