Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. cold pack Blue cheese
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Method

  • Combine first 5 ingredients and blend well.
  • Spoon into 1-quart mold.
  • Chill.
  • Combine the next 5 ingredients and blend well.
  • Spread over first layer.
  • Refrigerate overnight; unmold. Garnish top layer with coconut and pecan halves, if desired.
