Ingredients
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar or fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced yellow onion
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar.
- Shake well. Refrigerate until needed.
- Serve over salad greens.
- Makes 1/2 cup.
- One serving of 2 tablespoons = 6 calories, 09 protein, 25 g carbohydrate, 09 fat and 31 mg. sodium.
