Ingredients
- 1/2 cup very cold heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar (red wine vinegar works also)
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put heavy cream and vinegar in medium bowl and whisk until cream holds a soft shape. Whisk in horseradish, salt and pepper. Refrigerate in a covered container for up to 1 week.
