Ingredients
- 4 tsp. Turkish coffee
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. water
Method
- Place water in brass Turkish coffee maker or small saucepan. Add sugar and coffee. Stir vigorously.
- Place over heat and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat until foam goes down, then replace over heat. Repeat twice. Skim 1 teaspoon of foam into each demitasse cup and pour remaining coffee into cups.
