Instructions

• 1 - Mix Dry Ingredients:
  In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt thoroughly.
• 2 - Add Wet Ingredients:
  Add warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
• 3 - Knead the Dough:
  Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
• 4 - Rest the Dough:
  Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
• 5 - Roll Out Tortillas:
  Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle about 2-3mm thick.
• 6 - Cook the Tortillas:
  Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side until lightly golden.
