Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; blend well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and thoroughly baked; drain.
