Ingredients

  • 6 medium mushroom caps
  • 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium green and/or yellow pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Wish-Bone(R) Italian Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in large shallow baking dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove vegetables, reserving marinade. Alternately thread vegetables on skewers*. Grill kabobs, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until done.
  • *If using wooden skewers soak in water at least 30 minutes prior to use.
  • Also terrific with Wish-Bone(R) Light Italian Dressing.
