Ingredients
- 6 medium mushroom caps
- 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
- 1 medium green and/or yellow pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone(R) Italian Dressing
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
Method
- Combine all ingredients in large shallow baking dish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove vegetables, reserving marinade. Alternately thread vegetables on skewers*. Grill kabobs, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until done.
- *If using wooden skewers soak in water at least 30 minutes prior to use.
- Also terrific with Wish-Bone(R) Light Italian Dressing.
