Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) bottle real bacon pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 large pkg. fresh mushrooms (medium to large caps work best)
Method
- Clean mushrooms, separating the caps and the stems.
- Save the stems for another use.
- Blend remaining ingredients and fill mushroom caps. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
