Ingredients
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Cook garlic and mushrooms in butter 2 or 3 minutes or until mushrooms are partially tender.
- Add spinach.
- Cover.
- Reduce heat when steam forms; cook 3 to 10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice. Season to taste.
- Makes 4 servings.
