Ingredients
- 1 fresh egg
- 1 English muffin, roll or bun
- 1 slice yellow or Mozzarella cheese
- 2 patties butter
- 1 pot of any sauce or gravy
Method
- Toast muffin; butter and cheese like a grilled sandwich.
- Poach egg in sauce.
- Remove when soft-boiled and place on bun with a tablespoon of sauce.
- Break yolk and serve to waiting parasites. This is an ideal brunch for late visiting guest on holiday mornings, when you have already been cooking for 2 hours.
