Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 ounce smoked salmon, cut into slivers
- pepper, to taste
Method
- Lightly beat the eggs with the water.
- Put the bowl over a saucepan with boiling water, lower the heat and stir the eggs while they cook.
- Stir in the smoked salmon and add freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Wonderful served with toast!
