Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  • Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  • Stir in shrimp; cook and stir 5 min.
  • or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Add pasta sauce; cook 2 min.
  • or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in cream cheese; cook 2 min.
  • or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta; place on serving plate.
  • Top with shrimp mixture, shredded cheese and parsley.
