Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.
- Stir in shrimp; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add pasta sauce; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in cream cheese; cook 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; place on serving plate.
- Top with shrimp mixture, shredded cheese and parsley.
