Ingredients
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) fresh pineapple juice
- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) amaretto liqueur
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) white rum
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cream of coconut
- 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
Method
- Combine pineapple juice, amaretto liqueur, rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, and angostura bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a crushed ice-filled glass. Garnish, if desired.
