Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Butter Buds
  • 1/2 lb. fish (cod, halibut, bass, etc.), cut in small cubes
  • 8 oz. small shrimp
  • 8 oz. bay scallops
  • Parmesan cheese
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • basil, salt and pepper to taste
  • cooked fettucini noodles (12 oz.)

Method

  • Make up 1 recipe of Butter Buds.
  • Saute fish in Butter Buds and fresh minced garlic, about 1 minute.
  • Add scallops and shrimp and saute 1 1/2 minute more.
  • (Mixture will be thin; that's okay, the pasta will soak it up.)
  • Toss the fish with fettuccini, lemon, basil and salt and pepper.
  • Toss in Parmesan cheese to taste.
