Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Butter Buds
- 1/2 lb. fish (cod, halibut, bass, etc.), cut in small cubes
- 8 oz. small shrimp
- 8 oz. bay scallops
- Parmesan cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- basil, salt and pepper to taste
- cooked fettucini noodles (12 oz.)
Method
- Make up 1 recipe of Butter Buds.
- Saute fish in Butter Buds and fresh minced garlic, about 1 minute.
- Add scallops and shrimp and saute 1 1/2 minute more.
- (Mixture will be thin; that's okay, the pasta will soak it up.)
- Toss the fish with fettuccini, lemon, basil and salt and pepper.
- Toss in Parmesan cheese to taste.
