Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 4 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla.
- Alternate sifted flour and water.
- Fold
- in pecans.
- Shape into balls and bake at 325° for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Makes 4 dozen.
