Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 beaten egg
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water and set aside.
- Melt margarine and cream with sugar.
- Add yeast and beaten egg.
- Gradually add flour. Stir until well mixed.
- Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
- Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
