Ingredients
- 6 or 7 potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- beaten eggs
- crushed corn flakes
Method
- Combine
- all
- ingredients,
- mixing
- well.
- Shape
- into balls. Roll
- in beaten eggs, then in crushed cornflakes.
- You may
- want to add salt to this recipe or to use more cheese to taste.
- Heat the puffs in a 325° oven until hot.
