Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine (soft, not melted)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 6 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio pudding (instant)
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
- 10 or 16 oz. Cool Whip
- chopped nuts
Method
- Combine butter and sugar.
- Add flour and chopped nuts.
- Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add 6 ounces Cool Whip and spread on top of crust.
- Combine pudding and milk, beat on low for 2 minutes.
- Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with 10 to 16 ounces Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate.
- Add chopped nuts.
