Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat pineapple yogurt
- 1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Method
- Combine all ingredients; pour mixture into frozen pop molds or 12 (3 ounce) paper cups, inserting wooden sticks.
- Freeze until firm.
- Yields 12 servings; 0.3 grams fat; 59 calories; 1 mg. cholesterol.
