Ingredients

  • 18 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 12 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 egg
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 cup self raising flour
  • 14 cup milk

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Put paper cupcake liners in 6 muffin cups and set the muffin pan aside.
  • Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar in a bowl and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  • Then add egg and vanilla extract and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add the flour and milk and beat until well blended.
  • Spoon batter to the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 mins or until well risen.
  • Turn on to a wire wack to cool.
