- 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
- 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Method
- Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Shape into ball; roll in nuts.
