Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped red peppers
  • 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Method

  • Beat cream cheese and cheddar in small bowl with mixer until well blended.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except nuts; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours.
  • Shape into ball; roll in nuts.
