Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pie filling
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 small Cool Whip
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Add 3 cups boiling water to Jell-O.
  • Mix well.
  • Add orange juice concentrate.
  • Add pineapple and oranges.
  • Mix.
  • Put in refrigerator and let set up.
  • Mix pudding (dry) with Cool Whip. Spread on top of set up Jell-O.
  • (Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese if desired.)
