Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pie filling
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 small Cool Whip
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Add 3 cups boiling water to Jell-O.
- Mix well.
- Add orange juice concentrate.
- Add pineapple and oranges.
- Mix.
- Put in refrigerator and let set up.
- Mix pudding (dry) with Cool Whip. Spread on top of set up Jell-O.
- (Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese if desired.)
