Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. frankfurters, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
- 1 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Method
- Combine ground beef, onion and salt.
- Mix lightly.
- Shape in 1-inch balls.
- Brown in skillet. Drain.
- Add frankfurters and combine preserves and barbecue sauce.
- Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pineapple and heat thoroughly.
- Makes 10 dozen appetizers.
