Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 egg whites
Method
- Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt.
- Cook until thick.
- Set aside to cool.
- Beat egg whites until fluffy.
- Continue beating while pouring in the cooked mixture and beat for five minutes. Pour on top of pie and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until slightly browned.
