Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter

Method

  • Turn
  • pie
  • filling
  • into greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • In
  • a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and
  • salt
  • with
  • a fork.
  • Stir
  • in egg mixture (eggs, vanilla and butter) until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle over pie filling. Pour
  • melted butter over top.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until top is brown and crisp.
