- 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 can black beans 15 oz, drained, well rinsed
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup mango chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno chilies or 2 tsp., finely chopped
Method
- In small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning mix with spoon or electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Spread on 10-inch round serving plate. Top cream cheese mixture with remaining ingredients in layers except New York Style(R) brand Premium Deli Snacks. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
