Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except steak, in a large, shallow dish, stirring well.
- Place steak in dish.
- Score steak on each side.
- Marinate overnight, turning at least twice.
- Grill or broil about 8 minutes on each side.
