- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. coarse-ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Blend marinade ingredients in blender until oil will not separate.
- Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.
- Grill on barbecue about 10 to 12 minutes per side, basting after each turn.
