Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots
- 1 small sliced onion
- 1 small sliced green pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 c. honey
Method
- Combine carrots, onions and green pepper.
- Mix rest of ingredients and pour over vegetables.
- Chill overnight.
