Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 carrots, scraped and shredded (about 1 c.)
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
- 1 egg

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. basil and pepper
- 1/4 c. grated cheese (optional)
Method
- Mix, forming into loaf.
