Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 c apricot nectar
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- juice of 1 lemon (approximately 3 tbsp)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
Method
- combine cake mix, apricot nectar, vegetable oil and sugar; mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing will after each addition.
- Pour into a greased bundt or tube pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cool right side up for 15 minutes; remove from pan, sift confectioners sugar and mix with lemon juice.
- Pour over cake while still warm to make a glaze.
