Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup suger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 stick butter (chill & cut)
  • 1/4 cup husked toasted hazelnuts
  • Filling:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Crust: grind roasted nuts then add all crust ingredients togeather and press into (parchment or foil)lined 9x9 pan. bake at 350 for 15 min.
  • Filling: mix all ingredients and pour on hot crust. Return pan to oven and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool and slice.
