- Crust:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup suger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 stick butter (chill & cut)
- 1/4 cup husked toasted hazelnuts
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp minced lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Method
- Crust: grind roasted nuts then add all crust ingredients togeather and press into (parchment or foil)lined 9x9 pan. bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Filling: mix all ingredients and pour on hot crust. Return pan to oven and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool and slice.
