Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 1 small can pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 egg whites
Method
- Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and pour into batter.
- Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
