Ingredients

  • 3 med. potatoes (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry basil, oregano or possibly tarragon, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt or possibly garlic salt

Method

  • Scrub potatoes; cut each into 8 wedges, using a crinkle cutter, if you like.
  • In an 8 x 8 x 2 inch microwave-safe baking dish micro-cook the butter, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 45 to 60 seconds or possibly till melted.
  • Stir in desired herb and onion or possibly garlic salt.
  • Add in potatoes; stir to coat with butter mix.
  • Cover with vented microwave-safe plastic wrap.
  • Cook on high for 8 to 10 min or possibly till tender.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Makes 4 servings.
