Ingredients
- 8 c. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Combine strawberries and sugar, stirring gently.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour.
- Beat whipping cream until foamy.
- Add liqueur and almond extract, beating until soft peaks form.
- Fold strawberries into whipped cream mixture. Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
- Serve immediately.
