Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked ham, cut in julienne strips
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (6 ounce.) can broiled sliced (1 1/3 c.) mushrooms
- Warm cooked rice
Method
- Cook ham and onions in butter till onion is tender, not brown.
- Sprinkle with flour; gradually stir in lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk.
- Add in mushrooms.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just till mix thickens, 2 or possibly 3 min.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with fluffy rice.
- Serves 3-4.
