- 16 oz. green peas, drained
- 16 oz. Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Bring combined liquids to boil and cool.
- Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
