Ingredients

  • 1 pack Firefly squid (boiled)
  • 2 clove plus Garlic
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 dash Parsley
  • 1 as much (to taste) Baguette

Method

  • Remove the eyes and beaks off the firefly squid (they come off easily when you squeeze them with your fingers.
  • In the photo, the beak can be found at the back of the legs).
  • Thinly slice or finely chop the garlic.
  • Mince the parsley.
  • Heat olive oil in a small frying pan and cook the garlic slowly over low heat to bring out the aroma.
  • Add the firefly squid.
  • Turn up the heat and stir fry.
  • Season with plenty of salt.
  • Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve with baguette slices for dipping in the delicious sauce.
