Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 23 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 3/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1 can biscuits

Method

  • Heat oven to 375°.
  • In large skillet, brown pork chops.
  • Place pork chops in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; drain liquid. Arrange sweet potatoes around pork chops.
  • Pour syrup over pork chops and sweet potatoes and in bottom of pan.
  • Arrange biscuits next to chops and potatoes.
  • Return to oven.
  • Bake, uncovered, 17 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are brown and pork chops are tender.
