Ingredients
- 5 pork chops
- salt
- pepper
- 23 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
- 3/4 c. maple syrup
- 1 can biscuits
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- In large skillet, brown pork chops.
- Place pork chops in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; drain liquid. Arrange sweet potatoes around pork chops.
- Pour syrup over pork chops and sweet potatoes and in bottom of pan.
- Arrange biscuits next to chops and potatoes.
- Return to oven.
- Bake, uncovered, 17 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are brown and pork chops are tender.
