Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 deep dish 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Blend cheese, salt and sugar.
- Beat eggs, one at a time.
- Add milk and vanilla to mixture.
- Spread cheese mixture in pie shell and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Then bake 50 minutes at 325°.
- Remove from oven and cover with cherry pie filling.
