Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 Tbsp. peanut butter
Method
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until it is mixed up well (you may need to use your hands).
- Roll out on waxed paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread peanut butter on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up into a log.
- Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour and then slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
