Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavor gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. chilled unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. vanilla yogurt
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups gelatin; add applesauce and cinnamon to gelatin in a bowl.
- Chill until set, but not firm.
- Chill remaining gelatin until slightly thickened.
- Blend in yogurt and spoon over gelatin in bowl.
- Chill until set, about 3 hours.
- Garnish with additional yogurt, if desired.
- Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
