Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavor gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. chilled unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. vanilla yogurt

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Measure 1 1/2 cups gelatin; add applesauce and cinnamon to gelatin in a bowl.
  • Chill until set, but not firm.
  • Chill remaining gelatin until slightly thickened.
  • Blend in yogurt and spoon over gelatin in bowl.
  • Chill until set, about 3 hours.
  • Garnish with additional yogurt, if desired.
  • Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
